PROGRAM

Ready for your next act?

Pilates for Performers (PFP) is a comprehensive Pilates certification program based on the traditional teachings of Joseph Pilates, passed down through Romana Kryzanowska, Bob Liekens, and Patrick Strong. Our mission is to make classical Pilates accessible to the performing arts community, help preserve the integrity of Joseph Pilates’ original method and to pass it along to future generations.

Our ideal participants are professional dancers and performers who are committed to learning, who are passionate about working with people and who are thoughtful and deeply empathetic humans. We are looking for participants who believe that movement can be life changing for people of any age.

“The biggest blessing of the program has been learning how to keep my body safe and properly aligned so that I can prevent injuries and work through injuries that I currently have.”
